A lifelong admirer of classic modernism, William acquired a 1962 residence in Montecito Heights designed by John L. Pugsley, AIA-one of just five homes selected for the 2018 Dwell on Design home tour. He became an agent not only to guide clients through what is often their most significant financial decision, but to help them discover the profound satisfaction of living in a truly exceptional home.
William's listings have consistently drawn national and international editorial attention, with features in Architectural Digest, The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Forbes, USA Today, The Today Show, Good Morning America, Inside Edition, and more.
He serves on the Board of Directors at the Heritage Square Museum, is an active member of the Los Angeles Conservancy, and holds the role of Vice President for the Porsche Club of America's Los Angeles Region.
He currently resides at the Strathmore Apartments in Westwood, a 1936 masterwork by Richard Neutra and an enduring icon of International Style modernism. Conceived by Neutra as an experimental multi-family complex, Strathmore has been home to a remarkable creative community over the decades, including Gregory Ain, John Entenza, Charles and Ray Eames, and Orson Welles. Living within such an architectural landmark reflects William's deep personal and professional commitment to the legacy of Los Angeles design.
In addition to his work in real estate, William is the founder and curator of Architecture and Automobiles-a series of bespoke tours, rallies, and events that bring together those who share a passion for iconic homes and collectible cars. His programming has included collaborations with Porsche, Cadillac, The Motoring Club, Pendry Hotels, and other design-forward partners.
An excellent negotiator with an impeccable eye for detail, William is passionate about connecting clients with the right property while identifying the next steward for L.A.’s most treasured architectural homes.
